The 2019 IDEA Ceremony & Gala
August 21, 2019  |  Venue SIX10 |  Chicago, IL |  6:30-10:00pm

Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies are presented at this evening extravaganza. Attendees are encouraged to arrive 'dressed to impress' and cheer on as the winners of each category and the special awards are revealed live on stage.

​

The evening's guest speaker is Hongpyo Kim, Deputy head of Samsung Design Innovation Center.

​

We'll also use this gathering to present the 2019 IDSA Awards, including inducting new members into IDSA's Academy of Fellows and recognizing other individuals deserving of special acknowledgment. After the ceremony, all winners and guests are invited to attend the Gala celebration, generously sponsored by Samsung.

Tickets for the Ceremony & Gala event are included in the full IDC registration price*. Additional tickets for this event are no longer available.

THE FINE PRINT

  • *Academic rate is offered to IDSA student members and academic professionals. An IDEA Gala ticket is not included with the Academic rate and can be purchased separately during checkout.
     

  • Cancellation Policy: No refunds issued without written request; 50% refund until August 9; no refunds after August 9. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Ticket transfers are allowed under certain circumstances. Contact IDSA for details.
