Boaz is a seasoned consumer product lawyer. He has extensive experience advising and representing a wide range of companies on product safety compliance, policy, and enforcement. Boaz provides practical advice, tailored to a company’s business and culture, informed by a deep understanding of consumer product safety laws and regulations, and the internal workings of CPSC.
Boaz has worked with a diverse range of companies, ranging from leading retailers, private labelers, and manufacturers, to innovative startups, platform sellers, and franchisers. He has experience dealing with the full range of products under the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) jurisdictions, including toys and other children’s products, furniture, apparel, and exercise equipment.

Through 25 years, KID (Kids in Danger) has seen products designed and marketed for use by parents and/or children that overlook safety hazards that can lead to injury, death, and/or lead to a recall. Safety starts with designers and safety professionals collaborating from the start to leverage expertise from both sides throughout the entire process. Product safety professionals, designers, and safety advocates discuss the issues involved in design safety for children. Learn how to bring safe, engaging, useful, and meaningful products to market.
