Boaz provides practical advice, tailored to a company’s business and culture, informed by a deep understanding of consumer product safety laws and regulations, and the internal workings of CPSC.
Boaz has worked with a diverse range of companies, ranging from leading retailers, private labelers, and manufacturers, to innovative startups, platform sellers, and franchisers. He has experience dealing with the full range of products under the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) jurisdictions, including toys and other children’s products, furniture, apparel, and exercise equipment.
